An exciting opportunity has arisen here at Touchstone Education for Marketing Manager within our Marketing team.

Main Duties:

  • To support the Marketing Director in carrying out high level Marketing Projects
  • To delegate workload amongst team members
  • To propose and develop new strategies to the Marketing Director
  • Manage, report on and analyse the marketing budget
  • Develop and Manage the Marketing Plan to support with business growth
  • To proof read and sign off Marketing activities
  • Ensure all marketing is on brand and consistent
  • Measure and report performance on all digital marketing campaigns
  • Create and submit weekly and monthly marketing report
  • Lead generation for sales and identify appropriate buyers within the target market

Requirements:

  • Experience within a Marketing managers role
  • Proven ability of creating and delivering measurable marketing strategies and plans
  • Experience with paid advertising
  • Experience with Infusionsoft or similar CRM system  
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Good telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong proposal writing skills
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills

Marketing Manager | Diamond Estates
Doncaster Based
09:00-17:30 40hr p/w

Main Duties:
• To support the Marketing Director in carrying out high level Marketing Projects
• To manage day to day budget and spend for the company
• To manage 3 key contractors with KPI’s and projects
• To team lead the Digital Marketing Assistant in projects Day-to-day
• To manage the day to day reporting of funnel performance
• To build, design and run funnels is Click Funnels, everwebinar and Infusionsoft
• To manage and report on the database health
• Build email campaigns and research effective email copy
• Ensure all marketing is on brand and consistent
• Measure and report performance on all digital marketing campaigns
• Create and submit weekly and monthly marketing report
• Lead generation for sales and identify appropriate buyers within the target market
Requirements:
• Experience within a Marketing assistant or executive role

Junior Business Analyst

The role will be as part of a centralised analyst function, focusing on developing, analysing and creating models/tools used by the business. It is vital that the candidate has an analytical mindset, strong communication skills and can adapt to fast paced, ever changing business environments.

As part of this role you will assist and work with the Business Improvement Manager. You will support all teams that work across a variety of projects and deliver support to many areas of our businesses, the areas of responsibility you will have are:

• Data analysis
• Business Process improvement
• Develop data analytics and other strategies to optimise efficiency and quality
• Business partnering
• Proactively identify trends in data and make recommendations on operational improvements
• Support infrastructure and controls
• Management reporting
• Business Intelligence

Skills

• Strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to communicate with wide range of stakeholders with various levels of technical understanding
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional numerical and analytical skills with outstanding attention to detail

• 2nd fix- skirting, arch, doors, bath panels etc
• Final fix
• LVT /Laminate flooring
• Doors
• Windows

• Repair/ Maintenance work to existing portfolio
• May need to help out other trades
• Working mainly in Yorkshire
• Fuel reimbursement
• 40 Hours per week 8-4.30

Finance Supervisor
Full time, permanent
Monday - Friday 9am – 5:30pm

Duties:

  • Balancing accounts
  • Invoicing, statements and payments
  • VAT return
  • Preparing month end and year end information
  • Dealing with all financial paperwork
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Inland revenue paperwork
  • Purchase and sales ledger
  • Handling and monitoring petty cash
  • Monitoring spend levels
  • Credit checking customers and prospects
  • Chasing customer payments
  • Monitoring supplier payments
  • General bookkeeping duties

Desired skills:

  • Previous experience of bookkeeping and credit control
  • Sage (?) experience
  • Ability to manage own workload, use initiative and be able to work to deadlines
  • Flexibility in your role the ability to offer support to the wider business is essential, plus the occasional additional evening/weekend

Working in the Doncaster office

This is a PA type role within our lettings office/estate agency:

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Conducting viewings

Taking pictures of properties, virtual tours and floorplans

Undertaking inspections – including check in and check out of properties

Supporting the inhouse team with admin, such as answering the phone, arranging maintenance contractors and arranging external viewings with agents

Experience in sales & lettings desirable but not essential.
Essential to be a licence holder and have access to a car.

The candidate main responsibilities include:
Assisting with management of our properties under management including:
Taking photos and measuring for floorpans
Conducting inventories & inspections
Hosting viewings at property.
Supporting with in house admin
