Job Title: Customer Service Advisor – Complaints

Salary: £17,000 – £18,000

Hours: 40, 09:00-17:30

Contract: Full time / Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen here at Touchstone Education for a Customer Service Advisor to join our complaints team.

Main Duties:

· Dealing with any and all issues that arise from customers and resolving complaints professionally.

· You will be taking the complaint from initial complaint, investigating and making sure the customer is happy with the outcome.

· Responding to emails and letters in a timely manner

· Managing customers’ expectations

· Administrative duties

· Other ad-hoc duties where necessary


· Strong communication skills (phone, email, letter)

· Excellent problem solving skills

· Computer literate
